Boring blog

I realized that my blog is really boring. I'm wondering if I should just abandon it altogether. I really only started it to bulk up my web skills for my resume--actually, that would really be my only web skill if Googling doesn't count.

While I ponder the fate of the blog, I will give a brief update of what I've been up to. Recent travel destinations include Amherst, MA; Glastonbury, CT; Washington, DC; Sherpherdstown, WV and Wolfeboro, NH. So I've pretty much been all over the region. I'm looking forward to a long weekend that only involves a 2 hour drive and involves lots of good food and company. I also recently performed with a community-university orchestra group. We played Bizet's L'Arlesienne, Grieg's Peer Gynt and that rarely performed and never over-commercialized classic, the Nutcracker Suite.

I'm going through some serious pining for real fall weather, as it was up to 70 just last week, though now it is down to the 50s. And now, I think I'll settle down with my new Bill Bryson book for a little R&R.
