Vacation!

I'm headed back to Michigan for a vacation tomorrow and I'm really excited to go to the beach and see my family! Immediately after my vacation, I'll be heading to our staff retreat on the Chesapeake Bay, which will be a nice way to ease myself back to work and will give me a chance to meet some of my coworkers from the other field and regional offices. It should be a lot of fun.

Potomac trip

Andrew & I went canoeing from Paw Paw, WV to Hancock, MD over Memorial Day weekend. Our friend Dan organized an amazing trip and our group of 12 had a blast. I attached a few photos here. We did some birding and Andrew got some great photos of 2 black rat snakes at one of our campsites.
