Spring has sprung

Not that you can tell with the global climate change.

I'm glad that there might be daylight when I get home from work in the near future. I have been really happy at work, though I'm definitely feeling the weight of the workload. Andrew and I just joined a cool CSA called Spiral Path. I am really looking forward to fresh veggies.

We're making plans for some trips back to Michigan this summer around Memorial Day, 4th of July and early August. I can't wait to see the big lake again and pick blueberries.

Andrew created a blog called Andrew's Pictures. It'll be pretty bare-boned, but his pictures are awesome, so it won't matter whether or not he has much text and of course, I can write enough for two! Ok, I have to get back to the important task of race searching. Wish me luck!

  • Great to hear that your are coming back to MI for the summer. Hopefully, though, the mild winter didn't have a majory negative effect on the lake levels (or else you will have a lot further to walk down the beach to get to the water).

Spring has also sprung in Ann Arbor (although one could almost argue that winter never really set in the first place), and all the bulbs are sprouting everywhere. I wonder, though, if the line of daffodils will remain with us again this year (seeing that they kept getting trashed by the mowers and the frisbee throwers in years' past).

    Ciao!
